Job Description

Overview
To prevent loss, respond to incidents, and thoroughly investigate them.

Duties & Responsibilities
– Identify exposures and risks.
– Inspect and monitor the physical security of assets and interests.
– Respond to and investigate incidents and complaints.
– Be available as required, including during irregular hours.
– Compile accident, incident, and investigation reports.
– Prepare vehicle summaries, hours worked, weekly reports, and monthly reports.
– Handle inquiries and complaints.
– Assist with CCTV investigations when possible.
– Disseminate and file reports.
– Maintain a standby list.
– Manage invoicing.
– Handle WCA documentation.
– Maintain professional conduct at all times.
– Assist in relevant operations and operational functions as required.
– Ensure dress code compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures.
– Maintain housekeeping standards daily.
– Ensure Health and Safety standards are upheld.

Desired Experience & Qualifications
– Matric
– Secretarial qualification
– Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
– Security or investigative experience
– Computer literacy
– Valid driver’s license
Valid passport

Remuneration
Negotiable around R25,000.
