CCTV Supervisor

Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented CCTV Supervisor to oversee the operations of our surveillance system and security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring security footage, managing CCTV operators, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and responding to incidents in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate CCTV operators to ensure effective monitoring of premises.
Review and analyze security footage for any suspicious activities or policy violations.
Work with 2IC collaborating as a team to ensure a seamless and effective operations
Liaise with security personnel and law enforcement in case of security breaches.
Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and legal requirements.
Train and mentor staff on CCTV operations and security procedures.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a CCTV Supervisor or in a similar security role.
Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, security protocols, and emergency response procedures.
Ability to analyze footage and identify potential security risks.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Relevant certifications in security (PSIRA).
