Service manager

Job Description

Remote Offsite Monitoring is looking for an experienced and organized Service Manager to oversee our technical service department. This role is responsible for managing technicians, coordinating service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards across all projects.
Key requirements:
1. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
2. Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, electric fencing, and related security technologies.
3. Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
4.Strong customer service and communication abilities.
5. The ability to be in charge of multiple different Technicians
6.Computer literacy (Word, Excel, scheduling programs) + service management systems.
7.Valid driver’s licence.
