Job Description
Responsibilities:
Management of all administration and financial management of the Bamogale within the scope of control.
General fleet management for Bamogale.
Ensure cost-effective and productive Operations.
Providing guidance and supervision on guarding services for the Specified Contract.
Ensure all site security requirements are adhered to and clients’ needs are met.
Manage all IR and HR Matters for the allocated Contract.
Comply with directives, guidelines, policies, procedures, and relevant standards (e.g. ISO).
Ensure excellent customer service for Bamogale.
Ensure continuous customer liaison.
Ensure that customer contractual requirements are met.
Ensure quality customer care is maintained on-site.
Conduct Risk Assessments on all sites pre and post-start-up as per agreement.
Conduct monthly and quarterly reporting.
Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent. Valid PSIRA Grade A registered.
Security Management Diploma a must
At least Five years of experience in security management at the middle management level.
At least 8 years of experience in the security industry.
Basic Accounting – Understand basic financial statements/budgets.
Understanding of Fleet Management.
Knowledge of Disciplinary Code and procedures.
Knowledge of Security Standard Operational Procedures.
knowledge of the Firearm Act and Firearm competency.
Knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
Valid Firearm Competency Certificate
Valid Driver’s License
Proficient in MS office suite
Good verbal and written communication skills
No criminal record
