ALARM CONTROLLERS REQUIRED -Location: Rondebosch East, Southern Suburbs – Cape Town

We are seeking dynamic Alarm Controllers to join our team. As the first point of contact in critical situations, you will represent our company and play a key role in ensuring the safety of our clients.

Minimum Requirements:

·         PSIRA Registered – Grade C

·         Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Well-spoken and presentable – You will represent our brand

·         Strong typing skills and computer literacy

·         Experience with alarm monitoring software (Patriot experience an advantage, but not essential)

·         Must be able to work shifts (day/night/weekends)

·         A genuine passion for helping others and making a real difference in people’s lives
