Job Title: Area Manager – Properties
Location: Johannesburg
Salary: Market-Related

✅ Minimum Requirements:

– Grade 12
– PSIRA registered Grade A
– 5 years’ experience as an Area Manager within the security industry
– Property management experience within the industry less
– Computer literate
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Report Writing

✅ Key Performance Areas:

– Regular site visits to ensure effective management of equipment, assets and control of Operational issues
– Maintain a high level of supervision and motivation and onsite training of staff
– Client satisfaction and retention
– Budget and wage control in alignment with contract requirements and approved roster
– Employee satisfaction and staff development
– Implementation and maintenance of Stallion standards
– Execute tasks as delegated by the Operations Manager as per action plan
– Training of officers according to their job descriptions
– All officers to be issued with a A2Z with written confirmation of understanding
– Maintain staff discipline
– Security officer training for site procedures and site instructions completed and updated training schedules are in place
