Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- (Travelling will be required)
- Conduct Site Meetings with clients and employees.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to uniform standards.
- Conduct Night checks on all nightshift sites twice a month.
- Ensure that posting sheets are completed.
- Manage Compliance Officers and ensure all allocated audits are conducted.
- Recruitment of New Security Officers / Risk Administrators – Interviews to be conducted and the correct delegates to be shortlisted and employed.
- Identify and address any non-compliance issues.
- Manage the basic month end functions within the area.
- Manage and control overtime during the pay cycle.
- Manage staff turnover and apply termination processes according to company policy.
- Monitor and control site expenses.
- Address Wage Queries, manage leave (annual and sick) and oversee store lockups and closures.
- Conduct LEGISLATIVE training when required (Travelling will be required) FF, FA, SHEQ etc.
- Conduct Security Training
- Schedule candidates / employees into training sessions.
- Track learner progress and training records.
- Enter training records into a database.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Matric
- Must be willing to travel.
- Valid Driver’s Licence essential
- PSIRA grade A would be an advantage.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Management experience essential, computer literate, fluent in English
- Good administrative skills required and experience in IR essential.
- Good customer communication skills
- Qualified Facilitator and Assessor would be a huge advantage.
