Job Description

• Assign daily duties and patrol schedules to security officers.
  Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance.
  Handle disciplinary actions and staff development.
• Investigate and document incidents, breaches, or accidents.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
  Conduct audits of security systems and practices
• Act as the primary contact during emergencies.
• Must Have PSIRA grade A, Business firearm competency, National Key point certificate
• Very Important: Must be proficient with Microsoft
