District Manager

Location: Edenvale, Bedfordview, Benoni

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

– Responsible to oversee and manage all Supervisor and Reaction functions including Operations, equipment management, staff management, and problem resolution.

– Manage disciplinary processes and training for personnel within the reaction teams.

– Client relationship building.

2. Learning and Growth:

– Ensure compliance with SOP, company rules, and South African laws.

– Monitor staff compliance and absence, maintain rostering, and manage leave.

– Facilitate training and recruitment processes.

3. Internal Processes:

– Monitor and maintain signal arrival, device functionality, and equipment.

– Conduct uniform and vehicle inspections, ensure documentation completion.

– Analyse response times and manage firearms and attend to investigations.

4. Customer Relations:

– Minimise missed break-ins, handle complaints, and manage incidents.

– Foster positive client relationships through visitation, communication, and resolution.

– Conduct client surveys and attend marketing events.

5. Financial Management:

– Manage vehicle fleet including inspections, repairs, and expenses.

– Monitor petrol and oil usage, vehicle expenses, and fleet targets.

Job Requirements

– Proven track record and experience in security operations management.

– Knowledge of standard operating procedures and regulations in the Security industry.

– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

– Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and in emergencies.

– All relevant firearm competencies including statement of results

– PSIRA registered

Remuneration:
