Job Description

Provide high level customer service to employees and guests. Maintain accurate and timely records of office activities. Verify and track all visitors to the office. Updating access on the access control system. Oversee key management processes, lost and found procedures and maintaining a visible security presence. Reporting. Administering emergency first aid. Monitor live CCTV footage and perform warden duties. Event security, visitor management and facilities management form part of this role.
